Agreement

By using the Shri Guru Ravidass Temple Sacramento website and related online services (including account sign-in, bookings, and donations), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts and sign-in

You may create an account or sign in using supported methods such as email, phone (SMS one-time code), or other providers we enable. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or phone secure and for activity under your account.

When you use phone sign-in on our login page, you enter your mobile number and tap Send verification code. By doing so, you request and consent to receive a one-time SMS for authentication. These messages are transactional only and are not marketing texts.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information when registering or submitting forms.
• Use the site respectfully and in line with temple community values.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' accounts.
• Do not use the site for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

Bookings and donations

Program booking requests and donation flows are subject to temple review, availability, and confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval until you receive confirmation from the Temple.

Service availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages (including SMS or email delivery) may occasionally affect sign-in or notifications.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information, including phone numbers and email addresses used for authentication.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis for community and temple services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Temple is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
